We will make you an offer in principle without having to visit your house. This offer is normally 70 – 85% of current market value (not necessarily what an Estate Agent has quoted as an asking price).

Step 3 – Survey

If you accept our offer in principle we will visit your house, arrange for it to be surveyed and make you a written offer. The survey and offer are free of charge.

Step 4 – Legalities

We can then buy your house quickly and simply. You can use your own solicitor or we can arrange one for you from our trusted panel of independent solicitors. We even pay your solicitors fees up to £500 upon completion of the sale.

Step 5 – Completion Date

You can choose a completion date that suits you. You are under no pressure to move out quickly, unless of course you want to!

Step 6 – Sold

Once a completion date has been chosen and the sale of your property is complete,
the cash funds will be sent over by your solicitor straight away.
